General notes on processing
We process personal data only as far as needed to run the website, answer enquiries or — after consent — measure reach anonymously. Legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract/enquiry), (f) (legitimate interest in secure operation) and (a) (consent). GDPR and the Austrian DSG and TKG 2021 apply.
Contact form and email
If you write via the form or by email, we store your name, email, optional company and topic, and your message in order to handle the enquiry. The IP address is stored only as a hash, never in the clear. Data is kept until the matter is closed and statutory retention ends, and no longer than we need it for follow-up questions. We do not share it with third parties.
Hosting and server logs
When you visit the site, the web server collects the usual technical log data (time, requested resource, status, user agent, truncated or hashed IP). This is for security and troubleshooting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted regularly.
Fonts and third parties
Fonts are hosted locally on our server. No requests go to Google Fonts or other font CDNs. There is no embedded third-party analytics script. The voice on the FAQ page is pre-recorded audio on our server — the browser does not call a third-party speech service.
Reach measurement
Only if you consent do we count page views: path, language, referrer domain and an IP hash. No profiles, no remarketing, no sharing. Raw data is deleted after 90 days. Without consent this measurement does not run.
Cookies
Essential: cm_lang (chosen language, 180 days), cm_theme (color scheme Azure/Lime, 180 days) and — in the admin — the session. Optional after consent: cm_consent (your choice, 180 days) as a prerequisite for reach measurement. Session cookies for the contact captcha are technically required and end with the browser.
Your rights
You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Contact office@coremedia-solution.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
Retention and recipients
Unless stated otherwise above, we delete data when the purpose ends. Recipients are only ourselves or our hosting provider in the EU, bound by a data-processing agreement. There is no transfer to third countries.
